Shipping Details
Where do we ship from?
- We ship from Houston, TX
How long does shipping take?
- We are a made-to-order store. ALL Our orders take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to process/make before shipping. Once it ships, we use the shipping method you selected at checkout (Priority Mail, Express or Ground)
- During the holidays (Black Friday - New Years Eve) Order take 5-7 Business days to process before shipping. Please purchase a shipping upgrade to help with an earlier arrival of your order.
Sizing details
Where is the Size Chart?
- Size Charts are always listed within the items images. Please check there before any purchases.
I'm unhappy with the size of my shirt. Can I exchange it for another size?
- We no longer do exchanges. Return the item in the original packaging by paying for a new label via USPS and ship it back to us within 15 days and in Mint Condition. Once we receive it we will send you a refund once approved. Shipping fees will not be refunded. (Custom Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE EXCHANGED)
Care instructions
Does the vinyl crack and peel?
- NO! We use high quality vinyl. It does not crack and peel for many washes. We do suggest washing all vinyl designs a certain way. Please see care instructions in each listing before purchase.
- Turn the shirt inside out and press it flat with an iron. Use the cotton setting and NO steam.
Confirm Your Shipping Address!
- Please make sure you confirm your USPS address before making a purchase. Unconfirmed addresses may provide a delay or even loss of merchandise.
