Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Exchanges & Returns
We gladly accept returns for a full refund if applicable.
We may accept some exchanges but if product is out of inventory we will send a refund instead. Please contact us if an exchange is desired.
- Contact us within: 10 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery.
- Please return the item(s) by paying for a new label via USPS with tracking and ship it back to us in Mint Condition.

- FILL OUT THIS FORM and put it inside the packaging.
- If you do not use the order form make sure your packaging includes the following:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
If you do not use RETURNS PORTAL and put your NAME & ORDER NUMBER INSIDE THE PACKAGE it may result in a delay or not receiving your refund in a timely manner.
- Once we receive it we will send you back the item(s) refund once it’s approved.
- We don't accept order cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- Please allow up to 7 Business Days to receive your refund notification.
- Refunds take anywhere from 5-10 days to go back to your original form pf payment. This time frame varies with different banks/card companies. Please call your card provider to get more accurate details regarding refunds.

Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
